Returns
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but we understand things aren't always right!
We don't offer free returns at the moment so goods will need to be returned at your own cost. Please email interiors@insidehomeslimited.co.uk if you wish to return all or part of your order for an exchange or refund, we will confirm this with the address the item/s need to be returned to.
Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery, and in resalable condition.
All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging where possible, items must not have been partly or fully assembled.
We suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Please remember to package your return well before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging, broken or damaged will not be able to be refunded in full.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Although we do our very best to ensure all items are checked thoroughly before they are posted, sometimes a product may be found to have a fault, or damaged in transit.
In the event of you receiving a damaged or faulty item, please email interiors@insidehomeslimited.co.uk with photos within 5 days of receipt of your order requesting either a replacement or a refund.
